After completing her master’s degree at USC, Staci was hired by Masada as an FFA Social Worker. After a year she left for another agency but realized Masada was her true home and returned, where she has stayed for 24 more years! We have all been the better for it.
A lot has happened over those years. Personally, she married and she and her husband, John, have been raising two beautiful children. Professionally, while working in the FFA she earned her MFT license. When Masada began its first foray into Mental Health services, Staci was instrumental in beginning Mental Health services for our foster children.
As Masada’s services have grown over the years, Staci has been in the forefront of the development and management of many of the programs we have today, including Wraparound, FSP, MAT and Adult Services. It’s obvious that Masada would not be what it is today without Staci’s many contributions. Think of all of the children, families and now adults, whose lives have been improved by her work!
As a colleague, supervisor, manager and director, Staci has provided inspiration, mentorship and friendship to so many Masada staff. Her broad smile, infectious laugh and big heart have touched us all. She will be sorely missed.
As Staci embarks on the next phase of her career, we wish her all the best and thank her for all that she has done for Masada and those we serve.
