The Occupational Therapy Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provisions of occupational therapy services of our clients. The supervisor is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in the leadership of the OT staff they supervise. The Occupational Therapy Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Occupational Therapy. Our team sees clients from birth-end of life, who are experiencing symptoms of a variety of mental health diagnoses. Clients are treated in the community, in their homes or in our offices. We are looking for an experienced and passionate OT supervisor to help our growing team. The position is mostly supervisory with some in field/treatment/group work as needed. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Hybrid work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (graduates of a qualified Occupational Therapy program prior to 2004), Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Job Description: Masada’s OT department is expanding! Be a part of our future growth as we find new and novel ways of addressing community mental health challenges. Come join our team of 7 Occupational Therapists and be part of the growth of OT at Masada. We project to grow to be 40-50 OTs strong. New graduates are welcome to apply. Occupational therapists at Masada get ample mentorship through group and individual supervision in a supportive and collaborative environment. Occupational therapists provide outpatient community mental health services to pediatric clients ages 0-25 experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges. Most commonly clients experience symptoms related to diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD. Services are provided virtually, at home, in schools, and in the community as needed by the clients and families. Job Description:
The FCT Clinical Supervisor is required to be certified as a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor and supervises both clinicians and adjunctive staff. Clinical Supervisors are expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of the Intensive Services Department and demonstrates a commitment to services and values of the agency. The Support Specialist is responsible for initiating the admission process to the Agency’s community programs and for assisting the psychiatrist and staff with providing Medication Support Services. Full-Time Wraparound Therapist

Location: Lynwood, CA

Job Description: The Wraparound Therapist provides individual and family therapy as therapeutically necessary and as indicated in the youth’s service plan. The Wraparound Therapist coordinates with the Child and Family Team to help encourage the involvement of the youths family and significant others in the treatment planning process and participation in therapy. Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Location: Lancaster, CA

Job Description: Masada’s OT department is expanding! Be a part of our future growth as we find new and novel ways of addressing community mental health challenges. Come join our team of 7 Occupational Therapists and be part of the growth of OT at Masada. We project to grow to be 40-50 OTs strong. New graduates are welcome to apply. Occupational therapists at Masada get ample mentorship through group and individual supervision in a supportive and collaborative environment. Occupational therapists provide outpatient community mental health services to pediatric clients ages 0-25 experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges. Most commonly clients experience symptoms related to diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD. Services are provided virtually, at home, in schools, and in the community as needed by the clients and families. An Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive occupational therapy services to assigned clients and families referred from therapy staff. Occupational therapists are expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as practitioners and collaborators in the treatment of clients. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Director of Occupational Therapy. Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (graduates of a qualified Occupational Therapy program prior to 2004), Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Successfully graduated from an accredited entry-level occupational therapy program recognized by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.
3. Certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.
4. Currently licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
5. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
6. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of legal exemption.

Competitive Salary:
Tier 1: $75,000-$85,000 per year.
Tier 2: $85,001-$95,000 per year.

Full-Time Wraparound Therapist

Location: Lancaster, CA

Job Description: A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned adults, youth, and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients. For Wraparound staff, all training requirements per DMH contract must be completed within the first year of employment. A Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or master’s degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern, LPCC or APCC with 6 semester units or 9 quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in eWork experience in a comparable mental health setting.
  2. Valid California Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.
  3. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
  4. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.

 

Competitive Rate

BBS Registered:

  1. Tier 1: $66,650-$75,000 per year.
  2. Tier 2: $75,001-$80,000 per year.

Licensed:

  1. Tier 1: $70,000-$83,000 per year.
  2. Tier 2: $83,001-$90,000 per year.

$3,000 Signing Bonus: Receive the first half of $3,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.

Full-Time Wraparound Team Supervisor

Location: Lancaster, CA

Job Description: The Wraparound Team Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provision of intensive home based services and intensive care coordination to all Wraparound program youth. The Wraparound Team Supervisor is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in the leadership of the Facilitators and Child and Family Specialists and demonstrate a commitment to the services and values of the agency. Wraparound staff must complete all training requirements per DMH contract within the first year of employment. The Wraparound Team Supervisor reports directly to the Wraparound Program Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology.
  2. Four (4) years mental health services experience, intensive program experience preferred.
  3. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
  4. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
