Job Description: A Case Manager provides case management and behavioral guidance for program youth. Persons employed as case managers are responsible for behavioral case management and linkage services for the youth and families being served as well as skill building for individual rehab services. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director or Program Coordinator.
Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree related to the fields of psychology, social work or other majors defined by the Department of Mental Health as a related degree.
  2. Bilingual Spanish required.
  3. Valid California Drivers License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.

Location: Gardena, CA

Job Description: The Quality Improvement Clinician assists the Coordinator in ensuring the quality of services within the County's Short-Doyle mental health system and compliance with various legislative mandates and State laws, rules and regulations. They also attend DMH/other Medi-Cal Quality Improvement Committee meetings and other related conferences that benefit contract compliance and quality of services delivered.

The Quality Improvement Clinician reports to the Quality Improvement Director.

Requirements:

  1. LCSW, MFT or PhD preferred with a valid California license.
  2. BBS registration required.
  3. Four years full-time clinical experience in a comparable mental health setting and two years supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Experience with DMH program services and documentation preferred.
  5. Valid CA Drivers license, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.

Job Description: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provisions of comprehensive clinical services and case management of all Intensive Services program youth and adults. Clinical Supervisors are expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of the Intensive Services Department. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Program Manger.

Job Description: The Wraparound Therapist provides individual and family therapy as therapeutically necessary and as indicated in the youth’s service plan. The Wraparound Therapist coordinates with the Child and Family team to help encourage the involvement of the youths family and significant others in the treatment planning process and participation in therapy. This position requires good assessment skills, treatment planning and basic understanding of CBT/Family Systems and intervention techniques required. The therapist submits timely all required documentation and reports. Individual and group supervision provided.

Requirements:

  1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD or PsyD; or a Masters degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern.
  2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
  3. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  4. Valid California Driver's License, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.
