Full-Time Community Therapist

Location: Hawaiian Gardens, CA

 

Job Description: A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned youth and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients.

 

A Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

Full-Time Parent Partner

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

 

Job Description: Parent Partners are parents/caregivers who have first-hand experience with the various state systems, and who exhibited exceptional qualities in their own efforts to understand how systems work and an appreciation of what it takes to be successful, and the personal qualities that lend themselves to collaboration on various levels. In order to be considered, the Parent Partner’s cases must be closed, and he/she is maintaining family stability. The Parent Partner reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  1. High school graduate or GED.
  2. Must have been the parent or primary caregiver (not foster parent) of a child/youth who received services from DCFS, Probation, State Regional Center, or Department of Mental Health.
  3. No current open DCFS or Probation case for at least one (1) year.

Full-Time Case Manager

Job Description: A Case Manager provides case management and behavioral guidance for program youth. Persons employed as case managers are responsible for behavioral case management and linkage services for the youth and families being served as well as skill building for individual rehab services. Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Job Description: We are a Rancho, community based, mental health agency seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to work with clients who range in age from 2-18+ years of age. Looking for passionate and flexible OT’s who enjoy working with a diverse population. Populations consist of children with behavioral disorders, substance abuse, probation, foster care youth and young adults. New grads are welcome. Mentorship is provided. Full-Time Full Service Partnership (FSP) Adult Case Manager

Location: Norwalk, CA

 

Job Description: A Case Manager provides direct service to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and Adult Clients and functions as a member of an assigned FSP Team. In addition, Case Managers are responsible for the behavioral case management of the clients being served, as well as, responsibility for providing specific linkage services. Job Description: The Support Specialist is responsible for initiating the admission process to the Agency’s community programs and for assisting the psychiatrist and staff with providing Medication Support Services. Job Description: The Quality Improvement Clinician assists the Manager of Quality Assurance and Training in ensuring the quality of services within the County’s Short-Doyle mental health system and compliance with various legislative mandates and State laws, rules, and regulations.

 

The Quality Improvement Clinician reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance and Training.

 

Requirements:

  1. LCSW, MFT or PhD in psychology preferred, or LPCC with 6 semester units or 9 quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in each license renewal cycle, with a valid California license, active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  2. Four years full-time clinical experience in comparable mental health setting and two years supervisory experience preferred.

  4. Experience with DMH program services and documentation preferred.

Job Description: The TBS Supervisor is the primary practitioner and collaborator in the successful provision of TBS services for clients. The position involves supervising the TBS Specialists under the direct supervision of the TBS Director.

Full-Time Wraparound Therapist

Location: Lynwood, CA

 

Job Description: The Wraparound Therapist provides individual and family therapy as therapeutically necessary and as indicated in the youth's service plan. The Wraparound Therapist coordinates with the Child and Family Team to help encourage the involvement of the youths family and significant others in the treatment planning process and participation in therapy. This position requires good assessment skills, treatment planning, and basic understanding of CBT/Family Systems and intervention techniques required. The therapist submits timely all required documentation and reports. Individual and group supervision provided.
