Job Description:

The Full-Service Partnership Therapist provides field-based clinical services to adult clients and functions as a member of an assigned Full-Service Partnership team. Full-Service Partnership Therapists are expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for their adult clients. This is a full-time position, on call 24/7. This position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  1. Masters degree (MSW or MFT) and a current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
  3. Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.

Job Description:

A Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist (TBSS) provides short-term, intensive, behavioral interventions to severely disordered and impaired youth that are leaving or are at risk of being moved to a more restrictive level of care. The TBS Specialist works within the context of a client’s overall mental health treatment plan to help the client and their caregiver(s) address specific problematic behaviors. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the TBS Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year full-time related experience, A.A. and three (3) years related experience.
  2. Bilingual Spanish required.

The Wraparound Program Manager is responsible for assuring the overall provision of services to clients in the agency's Wraparound IFCCS programs. The Wraparound Program Manager supports the successful integration of treatment services for all clients and all issues related to contract compliance. The Wraparound Program Manager is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in the leadership of the Wraparound IFCCS programs. The Wraparound Program Manager reports directly to the assigned Director. This position involves covering Service areas 6, 7, and 8.

Requirements:

 

  1. MSW or MA in a related field and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and two (2) years of work-related experience in a comparable mental health setting.
  2. Submitted required hours with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and has completed the Law & Ethics exam.
  3. Able to provide behavior-based knowledge and skills for administering TBS in the context of a comprehensive mental health treatment plan including collaborating with the mental health team members.
  4. Good communication skills and able to travel independently to various environments to provide TBS services as needed.

Job Description: The Quality Improvement Clinician assists the Coordinator in ensuring the quality of services within the County's Short-Doyle mental health system and compliance with various legislative mandates and State laws, rules and regulations. They also attend DMH/other Medi-Cal Quality Improvement Committee meetings and other related conferences that benefit contract compliance and quality of services delivered.

 

The Quality Improvement Clinician reports to the Quality Improvement Director.
