Thank you, Supervisors!
Thank you to all of the Supervisors for their hard work! Your steadfast mentoring, support and leadership has been a beacon for our staff, helping to navigate towards hope, light, and change for the better in our futures. Each of you brings unique skills and talents to the table, helping our staff learn, grow, and thrive while working with families in our communities.
A special acknowledgement and thank you to the following supervisors listed, who started their time at Masada as line staff, and continued their service to support our staff. Their commitment to our values and the continuity of care they provide to our staff with their years of Masada experience makes their guidance priceless.
Cynthia Stagnaro started with Masada on May 1, 2002 as a clerical staff in our group home program. She moved on to our HR Dept in 2007 as an HR Specialist. In 2004, she transferred to our Rancho Cucamonga office as an RMD Specialist also working with Medication Support Services. In 2017 Cynthia became a Case Specialist Supervisor. With our Support Specialists now under Administrative Services, Cynthia is now one of the Support Specialist Supervisors where all are being cross-trained in program tasks, so that all the Support Specialists can ensure needs are met, as well as cover and help each other where needed.
Suzanne Buckley started with Masada on September 13, 2004 as a Therapist. In 2007 she became a combined Therapist/Clinical Supervisor for our Gardena Outpt program. She became a full time Clinical Supervisor for the same program in April 2017. She is a team player, currently supporting not only her Outpt supervisees, but also a Wraparound staff.
Alex Crooks started with Masada on November 29, 2004 in our Accounting Department as an Accounting Clerk. She transferred to Outpatient as IS Clerical in 2007. In 2013 she transferred to RMD as a MH Training and Compliance Specialist/Clerk, and became a Case Specialist Supervisor in November 2017 for FSP and Wraparound. She is now a Support Specialist Supervisor under our Administrative Services, where her experience and knowledge can benefit our Support Specialists help be an integral part of our team.
Victor Hernandez started with Masada on March 26, 2007 as a therapist in Gardena Outpt, and became a Clinical Supervisor for Gardena Outpt in August 2014. He has provided great consistency for his supervisees.
Fernando Rodriguez started with Masada as an FSP therapist on September 28, 2009, and began supervising staff in April 2018. He continues to carry a caseload and supervise staff in our FSP program. He has been a great team player, currently carrying wrap cases.
Ann Eicker started with Masada on July 1, 2012 as an FSP therapist. She has been a Gardena TBS Supervisor since February 2018. Fortunately for TBS, her FSP experience with intensive clients only helps the staff.
Vianey Oregel started with Masada on January 16, 2013 as a CFS in our FSP Child program, and moved to become a Wraparound Facilitator in July 2015. She has been a Team Supervisor for our Wraparound program in SA 6 since January 2019.
Elllinor Soriano started with Masada on August 27, 2013 as a Therapist for Gardena Outpt. She became a Supervisor for the same program in September 2017. Also a team player, Ellinor is also helping Wrap supervising a staff in that program.
Michelle Lopez started with Masada on September 3, 2013 as a Case Manager for our Outpt programs in SA 6, 7, & 8. She moved on to become a CFS in August 2014, then a Facilitator in February 2016. Michelle became a Team Supervisor in October 2019 for our Wraparound program in SA 7 & 8.
Anna Grauerholz started with Masada on June 1, 2015 as a MAT Assessor, and became the Supervisor for our MAT program in September 2017. She has also been instrumental in her support to our therapists in our Lancaster Wraparound program since last year.
Maricela Reyes started with Masada on November 16, 2015 as a Wraparound Facilitator in our Lancaster office. Her commitment to services benefits the program, as she became a Team Supervisor in April 2019. She continues to be a stable comfort to our staff in the Lancaster office.
Johana Montes de Oca started with Masada on October 1, 2018 as a Community Therapist in our Rancho Cucamonga office, and became a TBS Supervisor for the same site in April 2020.
Linda Liezerowitz started with Masada on May 2, 2016 as a Clinical Supervisor for our Lancaster Outpt program. She is also a great team player, currently carrying cases and helping in the supervision of Wraparound staff.
Stan Benoit started with Masada as an Outpt Clinical Supervisor on July 5, 2017 in our Rancho Cucamonga office. He is also currently supervising a Wraparound staff in addition to the Outpt therapists. He has provided some instrumental trainings for the Rancho staff, and shared them with other programs.
Martin Riberio has been a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpt office in Lancaster since December 11, 2017. He has been a team player, carrying cases and helping in the supervision of Wraparound staff in the same office.
Juan Pena started with Masada on August 1, 2018 as a Clinical Supervisor for our Lynwood Outpt office. He has been a great team player and is currently supervising staff in both our FSP Adult program and our Wraparound Program in addition to Lynwood staff.
Anthony Botrus started with Masada on September 4, 2018 as an Outpt Clinical Supervisor. He provides guidance to a multidisciplinary team, a key philosophy to our agency. As a great team player, he is currently supervising a Wraparound staff in addition to his supervisees in our Rancho Cucamonga office.
Theresa O’Raidy started as a Clinical Supervisor with Masada on November 19, 2018 for our Lynwood office. She is also a great team player, as she has also spent time this year supervising a Wraparound staff along with her Lynwood crew.
Nancy Pereda started with Masada on February 18, 2019 for our Wraparound program in our Gardena office. She has recently returned from leave, and we are very happy to have her pleasant demeanor back.
David Gonzalez came to us with an expertise in Wraparound. He started with Masada on April 18, 2019 in our Wraparound program in our Bellflower office. He has been crucial in Wrap as the sole full time Clinical Supervisor for most of this year, and continues to contribute meaningful ideas to improve the program and services.
I would also like to thank and acknowledge our newer supervisors, who bring new experiences, ideas & energy for our staff. We are definitely happy to have them join our Masada family.
