Iva Svetlikova marked her 10th anniversary with Masada Homes on September 20, 2021. When Iva joined Masada’s Quality Improvement Department as a QI Clinician in September of 2011, she brought with her a wealth of experience. Iva has a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence that make her an ideal QI professional. At the same time, Iva’s grasp of the “Big Picture” and her commitment to supporting our line staff shines through in her daily work. Iva took leadership of the Quality Improvement Department on January 1, 2019. In her role as QI Director, Iva has provided leadership to our agency through some very unusual times. When the pandemic curtailed our normal operations, Iva and her team spent countless hours adapting our documentation and service protocols to comply with the constantly evolving directives from DMH. Of all of the many outstanding qualities that make Iva a great leader, one of the most impressive is her ability to achieve a balance between perfection and reality. With every decision Iva makes, she considers the impact it will have on staff providing direct services, and always tries to minimize their burden so they’ll have more time and energy to spend on our clients. Masada Homes is truly fortunate to have Iva Svetlikova on our team!
